The Coach's Toolbox

The Performance

Act  Foundation

Presents

A free seminar for coaches from all different sports, ages and  levels.  The seminar will explore ways to better support athletes on their journey through sport. We will examine key evidence-based tools that coaches can use to enhance the psychological skills of their athletes.

The Performance Act foundation is committed to providing equitable access to these tools for coaches of all backgrounds. Often, this is an area of support that is overlooked for coaches. We aim to equip coaches with the tools they need to support their athletes on their journey.
